Job Summary
We are expanding our Psychiatry team with a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who values clinical excellence and comprehensive patient care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of over 130 mental health professionals, maintaining clinical autonomy while benefiting from collaborative support. Responsibilities include evidence-based psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, minimizing administrative tasks, and opportunities for leadership and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management
• Develop personalized treatment plans for approximately 50 patients per week
• Deliver care via telehealth platform

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (MD) from an accredited institution
• Completed Psychiatry residency with rotations in primary care; additional residencies in Neurology, Internal Medicine, or OB-GYN are a plus
• Active medical license in NY, NJ, CT, FL, or MA; DEA registration; Board certification in Psychiatry

Compensation & Employment Details
Salary range: $220,000 - $300,000, with potential bonuses. Full-time, exempt position with flexible scheduling, remote or hybrid in NYC, supervised by the Medical Director.

Work Schedule
Collaborative scheduling with at least four hours weekly in evenings or weekends, operating hours Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm, Saturday 9 am-5 pm. No on-call required, but email responses on off days are expected.
