Job summary

Regency ABA in Georgia seeks compassionate and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support children and families throughout the state. This role emphasizes a Holistic ABA Model of Care with safety, meaningful connection, individualized treatment and sustainable practice.

Remote and hybrid arrangements may be available, with candidates residing in Georgia or within about 50 miles of the state border. Competitive pay and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus are offered where qualified.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia behavior-analyst license or eligibility to obtain Georgia licensure.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related discipline.
• Experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment planning, behavior-reduction programming and skill acquisition.
• Ability to supervise and develop RBTs effectively.
• Strong clinical writing, communication and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative clinical team.
• Reliable technology and availability to support remote or hybrid service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, reassessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior-intervention plans.
• Analyze clinical data and modify programming according to client progress.
• Supervise, train and provide ongoing clinical direction to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Complete telehealth and in-person supervision in accordance with BACB, payer and organizational requirements.
• Provide parent and caregiver training that supports consistency and skill generalization.
• Prepare progress reports, treatment updates and insurance-related clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, technicians and leadership to maintain continuity of care.
• Ensure treatment remains ethical, compassionate and responsive to each child’s individual needs.
• Maintain professional, clinical and regulatory compliance.
