Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role delivering ABA services to children and families. You can work mostly remotely with one required in-person visit per month, and you’ll design assessment-driven treatment plans while supervising behavior technicians.

You must hold Nebraska licensure (or be eligible), have a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, and have experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree is required or in process in related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Nebraska BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
