Hajoca Corporation's National HVAC Division seeks an HVAC Technical Specialist who will work in a remote role. The position pays between $65,000 and $100,000 per year at this location, with responsibilities spanning training, field diagnostics, and collaboration with manufacturers.

Ideal candidates diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues, travel across a large territory, and support Hajoca Profit Centers with technical guidance. A valid driver's license and HVAC certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC technical experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Applicable HVAC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC technical training and support within the region.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve field HVAC issues with manufacturers.
• Travel to customer locations to advise on complex HVAC issues.
• Provide consultation and guidance on system performance.
• Deliver product support training, updates, and inventory assistance to Hajoca Profit Centers.
• Support sales through technical training and product support.
• Maintain relationships with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Keep current on HVAC issues via bulletins and training events.
