RectorSeal, a CSW Industrials subsidiary based in the United States, seeks a Senior Product Specialist to act as SME for Aspen Manufacturing HVAC products across the RectorSeal portfolio. The role blends advanced product knowledge, customer technical support, product quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position supports customers, contractors, distributors, and internal stakeholders through phone, email, and web-based channels, while partnering with Engineering, Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum 7 years of HVAC industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Technical Services, Product Support, Engineering Support, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, or Field Service.
• Authorized to work in the United States; reside within the continental United States.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Aspen Manufacturing products and HVAC applications.
• Provide technical guidance on installation, application, troubleshooting, and product performance.
• Support escalated technical issues and field issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials; deliver technical training programs.
