Job summary

1-800-Plumber is seeking a motivated HVAC license holder to join our remote team. The role involves diagnosing HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and communicating timelines to clients.

You will drive service quality while maintaining inventory and a professional appearance. Candidates should have experience with commercial and restaurant freezer/refrigeration equipment and pass background and drug screenings as required.

Qualifications

• Must have an HVAC license and related qualifications (HVAC license holder).
• Experience handling commercial refrigeration equipment and restaurant freezers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC, refrigeration and/or electrical systems through observation and testing.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment to perform troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools to service equipment and systems.
• Explain issues and work to customers with timelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and filter changes per agreement.
• Maintain inventory and keep service vehicle stocked.
• Maintain a professional appearance and build client relationships.
