Responsibilities

• Speak with nonprofit supporters by phone
• Discuss social issues with empathy and confidence
• Build rapport and tell compelling stories
• Explain how nonprofits take action and invite monthly donations
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Work toward measurable fundraising goals
• Participate in coaching and training
• Commit to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri during local calling windows
