Job summary

Public Outreach is hiring full-time Phone Fundraisers in Colorado to join a remote U.S. team. Starting wage is $19/hour with a range of $19–$24/hour, 40 hours per week, and paid training.

You’ll engage supporters by phone, share human-rights stories, build rapport, and guide donors to ongoing monthly support from home. Shifts run Monday–Friday within 11:00–21:00 local time. • Must be a confident, engaging communicator.

Responsibilities

• Speak with nonprofit supporters by phone.
