Arkansas Connections Academy is seeking a High School Assistant Principal to work remotely from a home office in Arkansas, supporting the Principal in the statewide virtual program. You will lead and develop assigned instructional staff, promote high-quality instruction, and ensure positive student outcomes through data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, aligning curriculum, monitoring student performance, and maintaining compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising school staff to promote instruction.
• Familiarity with remote learning environments and systems.
• Knowledge of Arkansas literacy requirements and evidence-based literacy practices.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, support, and evaluate instructional staff to promote effective instruction and student engagement.
• Collaborate with the Principal to implement curriculum and school-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor student achievement and engagement data to guide instructional decisions and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas Department of Education requirements and state regulations, including student records and reporting.
