Looking for a consultant to assist our Director of HRIS with his day-to-day responsibilities while he's working on the Workday implementation.
Troubleshooting day to day system and data issues within the HR Group.
Gathering requirements from the HR group and working directly with the technical teams. The candidate will be able to identify issues and come up with solutions, have an understanding of what needs to be done technically, what type of reports need to be run, or how to approach the fixes.
Working through data issues, data gathering, data reporting.
Banner is manual in nature, so we need someone who understands the system and can help with fixes.
New configurations in Banner.
Will not really need skills at the programming level or with SQL, but you should be able to speak with the technical folks about how the problems need to be solved.
