Humana Military is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda by aligning talent strategy with business priorities for TRICARE, VACCN readiness, and growth opportunities. You will partner with senior leaders to shape organization design, leadership, workforce planning, and culture to deliver current contracts and future expansion.

This role requires 8+ years in progressive HR, 5+ years in management, and proven ability to translate business needs into talent actions.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of progressive HR, talent, organizational effectiveness, or related technical experience.
• 5 or more years of management experience or leadership of complex business initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and integrating talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, culture, and change in a complex, matrixed organization
• Ability to connect business, financial, operational, customer, and workforce considerations and translate them into clear choices and actions.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Align Talent Strategy with Business Strategy for Humana Military, translating priorities into capabilities and plans.
• Drive Organizational Effectiveness through design, operating-model evolution, and governance for scalability.
• Strengthen Leadership Capability with coaching, succession depth, and leadership behavior improvements.
• Shape Culture and Organizational Health to protect associate experience and ensure strategic execution.
• Act as HR Integrator, coordinating across HR centers of excellence and driving data-informed decisions.
