Description:

Provides expert direction, management, and assistance to managers, colleagues, and vendors in analysis and resolution of complex issues related to service and delivery of security access for HR/Payroll system. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for administration and technology support for Workday, security role processing. Provides consultation and guidance in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures for managers and colleagues, and acts to minimize risk in all situations. Develops sustainable, efficient, and effective processes to support customers within the parameters of the department service level agreements. Markets department services and provides world-class customer service.

Essential Functions:
  • Demonstrates Trinity Health's mission, vision, and values in leadership, behaviors, practices, and decisions.
  • Manages specialized Human Resource service delivery for the HR Service Center, serving as a subject matter expert in security access administration or other HR functional areas.
  • Independently manages semi-annual audits of security access to Workday for HR users, reviewing and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Acts as a team trainer for new processes, procedures, and policies, supporting RHM implementation in a shared service environment.
  • Develops efficient processes for supported health ministries within service level agreements.
  • Provides analytics, metrics, and management reports, and presents updates to HR and RHM management.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with various departments and vendors to facilitate efficient management of escalated issues.
  • Maintains attention to detail, customer rapport, and trust.
  • Supports team environment and utilizes case management systems for issue logging.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations, maintains confidentiality, and performs administrative activities related to security role assignments and data integrity audits.
Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, process integration, and contact/service center operations, typically obtained through an Associate’s Degree and 4-5 years of experience in HR support roles, or an equivalent combination. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and operate in a collaborative environment is essential.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to organize priorities, work under stress, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to Trinity Health sites.
  • Strong communication skills for frequent in-person and phone interactions.

  • Manual dexterity for keyboard use and ergonomic workspace.
Compensation:

Hourly pay ranges from $27.42 to $41.13.
