Job summary

Cadre5, based in Knoxville, is looking for a Kubernetes Software Engineer to enhance the security and reliability of its computing infrastructure. This full-time position involves designing and maintaining custom Kubernetes operators, engaging with development teams, and supporting CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in a scientific field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in scientific or technical fields.
• Experience with Kubernetes & CNCF ecosystem.
• Production experience in at least one compiled language.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Kubernetes operators in Go and/or Ansible.
• Enhance software development practices and standards.
• Write infrastructure and deployment code using various tools.
