What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for insured families, confirming needs and explaining the hotel and payment process
  • Search, evaluate, and secure hotel accommodations, balancing family preferences with carrier guidelines
  • Facilitate reservations by contacting hotels directly and ensuring rate agreements are received
  • Communicate confirmations to families, including hotel details and check-in instructions
  • Support families through challenges and address escalations with professionalism and care
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or insurance industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, grammar, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
