Fran's ExploreMore Travel is seeking a detail-oriented, creative Remote Hospitality and Marketing Coordinator. You will assist with coordinating travel experiences, while supporting marketing initiatives to promote destinations and accommodations.

You will work remotely with clients, research options, and help with content across social media and digital platforms. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hospitality and travel partners to confirm bookings and arrangements.
• Assist with creating and scheduling travel and hospitality-related content for social media and digital platforms.
• Support promotional efforts highlighting destinations, accommodations, vacation experiences, and seasonal offers.
• Maintain accurate client records, communications, and reservation documentation.
• Provide professional and timely customer support to ensure a positive client experience.
