Remote Hospitality Scheduler

In this role, you will guide clients in planning and booking unforgettable experiences across the globe. Responsibilities include but are not limited toresearching and arranging flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, rail services, excursions, transfers, and special events.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a client-focused environment. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage customized itineraries
Understand and meet client needs and preferences
Maintain certification through ongoing training
Attend webinars for destination and product knowledge
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collaborate with the team and share insights
Provide budget-conscious recommendations
Develop and distribute promotional content
Stay updated on industry changes and regulations
Research and arrange bookings for a variety of services
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients
Resolve booking or reservation issues
Maintain accurate client records
Network with partners and vendors
Participate in educational trips for hands-on learning
