Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking Hospital Coders with a minimum of 3 years of inpatient or outpatient facility or physician-based coding experience. Candidates should hold one or more of the certifications CCS, RHIT, RHIA, CPC, COC, CCS-P and adhere to AHIMA guidelines and HIPAA security standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of inpatient or outpatient facility or physician-based coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Code and maintain quality standards >95% for each project.
• Utilize medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes and pharmacology in coding.
• Follow AHIMA ethical standards and official coding guidelines.
