We invite you to join our growing team!

  1. Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
  2. Must live in/work from a Compact US state.
  3. Experience with end-of-life care is required.
  4. Must have high-speed internet.
  5. Must be tech-savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have keyboard competence.
  6. Part-time nurses only work 6 days out of a 14-day pay period.

IntellaTriage Nurses enjoy the benefits of working from home, providing care without the stress and expense of commuting. Our part-time schedule includes:

  1. Work a minimum of 2 evening shifts weekly, 3:30p-12a CST (shift times are set, weekday flexes).
  2. Work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, 7:30a-4p CST.

Our mission is to improve the lives of nurses and patients. Since 2008, we provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers using advanced technology. Our nurses act as an extension of the care team, supporting them during non-core hours. Learn more at www.intellatriage.com.

Our Hospice Triage Nurses have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments like ED, critical care, or surgical services. They work a minimum of 1 weekday shift and every other weekend, with three weeks of remote paid training. Training schedules vary based on availability.

If you enjoy exciting, fast-paced roles:

  1. You can pick up additional shifts for supported clients.
  2. We provide a laptop and headset.
  3. You need your own high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace.
  4. You will use EMRs for charting and internal applications.
  5. Follow instructions, read directions, and confidently use technology.
  6. A minimum of 30 minutes paid shift prep is required before calls.
  7. At the end of your shift, spend 30 minutes to 2 hours completing charting.

Requirements

  1. Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license. Non-compact states are considered only if implementation dates align.
  2. Maintain an active license in your home state; we cover costs for non-compact licensure if needed.
  3. Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred.
  4. Comfort with multiple technology applications and typing in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  6. Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and reside there.
  7. Complete three weeks of remote paid training.
  8. Available to work every other Saturday and Sunday, and some holidays.
  9. Handle stress and multitask during calls (5+ per hour on weekdays, up to 8 on weekends).
  10. Communicate empathically and adhere to protocols.
  11. Maintain CEUs as required by your state.
  12. Attend in-services and additional training as needed.
  13. Pass background and nurse licensing checks.

Benefits

Starting pay is $23/hour, with opportunities to increase. Nurses earn a $1 shift differential for overnight and weekend shifts. PTO accrues based on hours worked. Eligible for 401(k), and full-time nurses may access medical, dental, and vision insurance.
