**MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license

**MUST live in or work from a Compact US state

**Experience with end-of-life care is required

**Part-time nurses only work 6 days out of a 14-day pay period

Part-time schedule:

• Work a minimum of 2 evening shifts weekly from 3:30 pm to 12 am CST (shift times are fixed, weekday flexes available)
• Work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 am to 4 pm CST

Our Hospice Triage Nurses:

• Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments such as ED, critical care, surgical services, etc.
• Work a minimum of 1 weekday shift and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Receive three weeks of remote paid training, scheduled based on availability

• Use EMRs and internal applications for charting and job functions
• Must follow instructions, read directions, and be confident with technology
• Require at least 30 minutes of paid shift prep before calls
• Spend 30 minutes to 2 hours after shifts completing charting before clocking out

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (pending or future implementation states are not current compact states until the effective date)
• Keep your license in good standing; we cover costs for non-compact licensure if needed
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is preferred
• Comfort with multiple technology applications and fast typing
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a bonus
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in the U.S.
• Complete three weeks of remote paid training (day and evening options)
• Available to work every other Saturday and Sunday
• Available for some holidays as needed
• Capable of handling stress and multitasking, with a minimum of 5 calls/hour on weekdays and up to 8 on weekends
• Ability to communicate empathically and follow protocols
• Maintain CEUs as required by your state
• Attend in-services and additional training as needed
• Pass background and licensing checks

All remote Hospice Triage RNs, once trained, earn $23/hour. There are opportunities for pay increases, with shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts. Both part-time and full-time nurses accrue PTO based on hours worked and are eligible for our 401(k). Full-time nurses may also access medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances.
