We invite you to join our growing team!

  • MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
  • MUST live in/work from a Compact US state
  • Experience with end-of-life care is required
  • Must have high-speed internet
  • Must be tech-savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have keyboard competence
  • Part-time nurses work 4-6 days out of a 14-day pay period

Benefits include the ability to work from home, providing care without commuting stress or expenses. Nurses enjoy flexibility and support with training, technology, and scheduling.

Schedule details:

  • Minimum 1-2 evening shifts weekly, 6p-12a CST (weekday flex)
  • Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday), 7:30a-4p CST

Requirements include:

  • Active or willing to obtain a Compact RN license
  • Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
  • Comfort with technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
  • Residency in the U.S. and legal eligibility to work
  • Successful completion of three weeks of remote paid training
  • Availability for scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays

Compensation:

  • Starting at $23/hour with opportunities for increases
  • Paid time off, 401(k), and insurance options available for full-time staff
