• MUST live in/work from a Compact US state

• Part-time nurses work 4-6 days out of a 14-day pay period

IntellaTriage Nurses enjoy working from home, providing care without the stress and expense of commuting.

• Part-time nurses work 4-6 days out of a 14-day pay period

Part-Time Schedule:

• Work a minimum of 1-2 evening shifts weekly, 3:30p-12a CST (shift times are set, weekday flexes)
• Work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, 7:30a-4p CST

Utilizing advanced technology, we provide 24/7 access to licensed RNs using client-specific protocols for compassionate, patient-centered care. We are rapidly growing and support our clients’ nursing staff by managing after-hours care through our outsourced nurses, who become an extension of their care team.

Our Hospice Triage Nurses:

• Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments like ED, critical care, surgical services, etc.
• Work a minimum of 1 weekday shift and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Receive three weeks of remote paid training; schedule varies based on availability

• Follow instructions, read directions, and confidently use technology
• Require 30 minutes of paid shift prep before calls
• Complete 30 minutes to 2 hours of charting after shifts

Requirements:

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (states with pending or future dates are not considered current until implementation)
• Maintain active, good-standing license; we cover non-compact license costs if needed
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments like ED or surgical services
• Comfort with multiple technology applications and fast typing
• Fluency in English; additional languages a bonus
• Reside in the U.S. and legally eligible to work
• Complete three weeks of remote paid training during days/evenings
• Available to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays
• Available for some holidays as needed
• Handle stress and multitask, averaging 5-8 calls per hour
• Communicate empathically and adhere to protocols
• Maintain CEUs as required by your state
• Attend in-services and additional training as needed
• Pass background and licensing checks

Benefits:

Starting pay is $23/hour, with opportunities for increases. Additional shift differentials apply for overnight and weekend shifts. PTO accrues based on hours worked. Eligible for 401(k) and other insurances for full-time nurses.
