  • Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:30a-4p CST / No Weekends
About Us

Since 2008, IntellaTriage has been providing after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers. Our technology enables round-the-clock access to licensed nurses using client-specific protocols, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care. Ideal Candidates
  • Have hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience in fast-paced settings: ED, surgical, critical care, etc.
  • Are willing to undergo three weeks of remote paid training
  • Can pick up additional shifts if available
  • Will be provided with a laptop and headset
  • Must use their own high-speed internet and have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
  • Comfortable with EMRs and internal applications
  • Able to follow instructions, read directions, and confidently use technology
  • Require at least 30 minutes of paid shift prep and 30 minutes to 2 hours of post-shift charting

Requirements
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (non-compact states with pending implementation are excluded)
  • Maintain active licensure in your home state
  • Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
  • Comfort with multiple technology applications and fast typing
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Legally eligible to work in the US
  • Complete three weeks of remote paid training
  • Availability for every other Saturday and Sunday, and some holidays
  • Capable of handling stress, multitasking, and managing 5-8 calls per hour
  • Empathic communication skills and adherence to protocols
  • Maintain CEUs as required by your state
  • Attend in-services and additional training as needed
  • Pass background and licensing checks
Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $23/hour, with opportunities for increases. Additional shift differentials apply for overnight and weekend shifts. PTO, 401(k), and insurance options available for full-time staff.
