• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• MUST live in or work from a Compact US state
• Experience with end-of-life care is required
• Must have high-speed internet
• Must be tech-savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have keyboard competence

Work Schedule:

• Minimum 3 shifts weekly, 10p-5a CST (weekday flexes)
• Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 11:30p-5a CST

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments such as ED or critical care
• Comfortable with multiple technology applications and fast typing
• Fluent in English; additional languages a bonus
• Legally eligible to work in the US and reside in the US
• Willing to complete three weeks of remote paid training

Additional Requirements:

• Active or willing to obtain a Compact RN license (non-compact states supported if licensure is covered)
• Maintain good standing and active license
• Ability to handle stress, multitask, and communicate empathically
• Complete CEUs as required
• Pass background and licensing checks

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $23/hour, with opportunities to increase. Shift differentials apply for overnight and weekend shifts. PTO, 401(k), and insurance benefits available for full-time staff.
