Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our remote team providing after-hours hospice triage by phone. You will assess patient needs, coordinate timely interventions, and document communications with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements include active multistate RN license and hospice care experience; EMR proficiency; multitasking; reliable internet. Base pay is $25/hour with potential to earn up to $28/hour within six months, plus 3 weeks of paid remote

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Proficient with EMR documentation.
• Ability to type notes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Independent work in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connectivity during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
