Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to provide after-hours triage for hospice patients and families over the phone with professionalism and empathy.

You will triage, coordinate care with on-call teams, document interventions, and maintain patient calm under pressure while working remotely with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in relevant states.
