IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to provide after-hours phone triage for hospice patients and families. You will coordinate care, assess conditions, and communicate with on-call teams from a remote home-based setting.

The role requires an active multistate RN license and comfort with EMR documentation. Training is remote for 3 weeks, with opportunities to increase hourly pay to $30 within six months.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice, palliative or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Familiar with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during high-stress calls.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Remote work ability and independence.

Responsibilities
