Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to provide after-hours hospice triage from a remote setting. You will triage, coordinate care, and document patient interactions using EMR systems, working independently with a calm, professional demeanor.

Base pay is $25 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $28 per hour within the first 6 months. Training is remote for 3 weeks, with PTO, 401(k), and medical/dental/vision insurance options available.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and EMR for call documentation.
• Ability to type documentation quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess conditions and determine next steps.
• Coordinate with on-call teams to ensure timely care.
• Document all communications and interventions accurately.
