• MUST reside in and work from a Compact US state
• Experience with end-of-life care is required
• High-speed internet is mandatory

• Minimum of 2 shifts weekly, 4:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. CST (weekday shifts are flexible)
• Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, same shift hours

Role Requirements:

• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
• Fast-paced environment experience (e.g., ED, surgical, critical care)
• Comfort with multiple technology applications and documentation during calls
• Ability to type quickly and accurately
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Complete three weeks of remote paid training (schedule varies)
• Availability for every other Saturday and Sunday, and some holidays
• Ability to handle stress and multitask during calls (5-8 calls/hour)
• Empathic communication skills and adherence to protocols
• Maintain required CEUs and attend training as needed
• Pass background and licensing checks

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay is $23/hour, with opportunities for increases. Additional shift differentials of $1/hour apply for overnight and weekend shifts. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and insurance options for full-time staff.
