Qualifications

• MD or DO with valid license (multiple states a plus).
• 2+ years in OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Hormone Therapy preferred.
• NCMP certification preferred.
• Unrestricted DEA with Schedule III prescribing experience.
• Comfortable with telemedicine tech and video consultations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telemedicine consultations via HIPAA‑compliant video interface.
• Care for women in midlife navigating perimenopause/menopause; treat men’s health as applicable.
• Review labs and discuss treatment options; educate and customize plans.
• Titrate medications based on outcomes and prescribe when appropriate.
• Provide feedback to improve patient experience and outcomes.
