Cognizant Consulting in the United States is seeking a Consulting Manager – Horizon Business Analyst to translate banking needs into functional requirements and support delivery on the FIS Horizon Core Banking platform.

You will lead analysis, facilitate workshops, and collaborate across clients, business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful transformation programs in banking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on work with FIS Horizon Core Banking platform.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of retail and commercial banking processes and core operations.
• Excellent client-facing, facilitation, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead BA activities for core banking transformation and implementation on Horizon.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
• Analyze current and future-state processes; perform gap analysis.
• Serve as liaison between client business teams and delivery teams.
• Mentor BAs and ensure quality across deliverables.
