Coldwell Banker Legacy LLC. in Cedar Crest, NM is seeking a Residential Home Salesperson to help clients buy and sell homes using market-leading tools. No experience required, and you can work from home, the office, or anywhere in between.

You will build your book of business, show properties, negotiate offers, and guide each sale from first contact to closing with strong support in marketing, photography, and tech. Training and NM real estate licensing help are provided.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to obtain a New Mexico real estate license
• Willing to complete Residential Home Salesperson training
• No prior real estate experience required
