Job summary

CureCare, LLC is hiring a Home Infusion Scheduler (Remote). This role acts as the command center of our home infusion operations, owning schedules, coordinating patients, nurses, pharmacies, and internal teams to keep care on track.

You will build and manage infusion schedules, respond to changes in real time, and ensure visits happen on time with the right nurse and medication. This is a fast-paced, outcomes-driven role designed for decisive, highly organized individuals.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily, multi-day, and recurring infusion schedules (IVIG, biologics, specialty therapies).
• Ensure every visit happens on time, with the right nurse, and the right medication.
• Make fast, smart schedule changes when patients cancel, nurses call out, or medications shift.
• Control the workflow - no gaps, no chaos, no missed treatments.
• Be the central point of contact between patients, nurses, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Deliver clear, confident updates when schedules change.
• Drive alignment across departments so care moves forward without friction.
• Secure nurse coverage when schedules shift - no delays, no dropped visits.
• Balance workloads to keep nurses productive and engaged.
• Take charge during last-minute changes and keep patient care on track.
• Document scheduling activity with precision.
• Ensure visit timing aligns with physician orders and pharmacy delivery.
• Protect patient information and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
