Job summary

Requirements include Texas RN license with eligibility in other states, CPR, valid driver's license, and IV infusion experience. IgCN/CRNI preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas with ability to be licensed in other states.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education per physician's plan of treatment.
• Interact with patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners with excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
• Travel within greater Houston and surrounding areas with occasional travel up to 150-200 miles one way. Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed.
