Job summary

Meritan in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate Home Care Specialist to join our Home and Community-Based Services team. This PRN/part-time role provides in-home services to Shelby County clients, including personal care and light housekeeping, while keeping accurate visit notes.

You will work under infection control measures with paid training and a $1000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments at 6 and 12 months. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a paid 40 hour training program to prepare the HCS.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Experience with home management, care of children, and/or disabled or convalescent people preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to home care clients in Shelby County.
• Duties include personal care, routine household chores, and maintaining accurate visit notes.
