Meritan, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Health team on a regular full-time, per-visit basis.

You will provide basic care and assist with activities of daily living under the direction of a registered nurse while supporting patients in their own homes with dignity and respect. This role offers schedule flexibility, opportunities to make a difference in vulnerable populations, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.
• Minimum six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and assist with activities of daily living under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Follow care plans and document care via company tablet-based system.
• Support patients to maintain independence and comfort in their home.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to supervising RN.
