Job summary

Firefly Children & Family Alliance is seeking a full-time Home-based Therapist to serve Indianapolis, Indiana. You will provide family-focused therapeutic interventions in clients' homes across Marion County and report to the Director of Home Based Services.

This role blends therapy (50‑75%) and therapy support (25‑50%), requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, and Indiana licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
• Current Indiana licensure preferred.
• Experience with families, children, and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to individuals, families, and groups to support adoption, foster care, or family preservation goals.
• Deliver therapy in home settings across Marion County while maintaining professional standards.
• Complete monthly reports and documentation of contacts with families.
