Job Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing white-glove service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Design and present customized insurance programs for high-value assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with risk advisors or carriers.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and negotiate coverage and pricing.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, new business, and renewals accurately.
• Build and retain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in personal lines insurance, with experience in HNW or Private Client Services.
• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Familiarity with HNW carriers like Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Nationwide Private Client, Cincinnati, etc.
• Experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
