EITACIES Inc. is seeking a remote HL7 integration engineer with hands-on Rhapsody experience to design, build, and migrate healthcare interfaces. You will enable data exchange across hospitals, labs, and public health agencies using HL7 v2.x, CDA, and FHIR APIs.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine.
- Strong experience working with HL7 v2.x messaging.
- Experience with FHIR APIs or CDA-based integrations.
- Understanding of healthcare data workflows and interoperability standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve interface and data exchange issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop healthcare interfaces using HL7 v2.x, CDA and FHIR APIs.
- Build and configure integrations using Rhapsody Integration Engine.
- Enable data exchange between hospitals, labs and public health agencies.
- Support public health reporting workflows (ELR, immunization, syndromic data).
- Participate in migration of integration systems from on-prem to cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot data flow, message structures and interface issues; Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to define data exchange requirements.
