Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an HL7 Integration Engineer to support the CARESCAPE Gateway product implementation, including installation, testing, and technical support across multiple projects and occasional after-hours go-live events.

The ideal candidate holds Cloverleaf Level 1 certification, is proficient in Windows and Linux, and has at least 3 years of HL7 experience, plus vendor integration exposure to Cerner, Epic or Meditech.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years HL7 experience.
• Cloverleaf Level 1 Certification.
• Experience with vendor integration to Cerner / Epic / Meditech.
• Experience with ADT interfaces.
• Proficient in Windows and Linus operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of GE Healthcare products into hospital IT systems.
• Design, configure, implement, and test HL7 interfaces.
• Work on multiple projects with varying durations.
• Support customers across time zones and after-hours go-lives.
• Operate from a home office as needed and collaborate with external customers.
• Develop or improve tools, processes, or products and ensure quality compliance.
