Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an HL7 Integration Engineer to support CareSCAPE Gateway product deployments. You will install, test, and provide technical support across multiple projects, with after-hours go-lives as needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years HL7 experience.
• Cloverleaf Level 1 Certification.
• Experience with vendor integration to Cerner / Epic / Meditech and ADT interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of GE Healthcare products into hospital IT systems.
• Design, configure, implement, and test HL7 interfaces.
• Work on multiple projects, lasting weeks to unlimited durations.
• Support customers across time zones and after-hours go-lives and issues.
• Work from home office; self-starter and proactive communication with clients.
• Collaborate with external customers throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop or improve tools, processes, or products and service offerings.
• Provide innovations for product and process improvements.
• Adhere to GEHC Quality Manual, policies, and applicable laws.
