Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking online adjunct faculty within our History program for Global Campus. This remote, asynchronous role involves engaging students, guiding resources, and providing feedback to help learners achieve their goals.

You will report to the faculty dean team and support a diverse, inclusive online classroom. Requirements include a Master’s degree in History and at least 1 year of related professional experience or graduate coursework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in History is required.
• 1 year or more of professional experience or graduate coursework in history required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize Student Engagement – Respond to students within set timeframes and reach out to those needing additional support.
• Share Expertise and Resources – Stay current in your field and provide relevant materials to enhance understanding.
• Offer Feedback & Assessment – Evaluate student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Facilitate Discussions – Encourage online discussions in an inclusive and engaging environment.
