Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking online adjunct faculty to support the Undergraduate Information Technology program via Global Campus. This remote role serves students across the United States (except California) in an asynchronous setting, offering guidance and resources to help learners succeed.

You will engage students, provide feedback, and facilitate discussions to foster inclusive learning. Master’s in a relevant field and 3+ years of UX-focused experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, IT, CS, Human Factors or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in user-centered design, use-centered design, usability engineering and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Engage students in an asynchronous online environment with guidance and resources.
• Provide instruction, feedback, and experiential learning to achieve course goals.
• Evaluate student work and offer constructive feedback within set timeframes.
• Foster inclusive, engaging online discussions and support diverse perspectives.
