Qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken Hindi proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in voice, accent, or language coaching, ideally remote.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate learners with varied backgrounds.
• Ability to use digital tools and platforms for virtual coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group coaching sessions in Hindi pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency.
• Evaluate speech patterns and tailor coaching approaches to each learner’s strengths and development areas.
• Create interactive curricula and exercises that encourage participation and measurable improvement.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on verbal and written assignments.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team and share insights to support the learning experience.
• Track learner progress and refine coaching methods to achieve results.
• Stay informed on current Hindi voice and accent-coaching practices.
