The Data Integrity Specialist I at Intermountain Health supports the HIM team by ensuring integrity of the Legal Health Record and Master Patient Index. You will analyze complex error scenarios, resolve duplicates, overlays, and other corrections to improve patient data accuracy across systems.

This remote, full-time role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with Epic EHR and Microsoft Office, and collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, and IT to report and fix data issues

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to analyze complex information and apply critical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily work queues accurately and on time.
• Use multiple patient identification systems proficiently.
• Resolve time-sensitive patient error queues efficiently.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, IT and external partners to fix errors.
• Produce accurate metrics to maintain quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy laws.
