Job summary

The Freelance Firm, a nationwide network of experienced freelance attorneys and paralegals, is seeking a qualified High-Volume E-Discovery Attorney for remote, project-based work. The role involves supporting complex litigation with approximately 20-40 hours per week over several months.

Responsibilities include managing all phases of high-volume e-discovery, coordinating with vendors, applying the EDRM framework, and ensuring timely document productions.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation and e-discovery experience.
• Extensive experience managing high-volume e-discovery projects.
• Proficiency with one or more e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Reveal, Logikcull.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of high-volume electronic discovery matters
• Assist with EDRM process including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production
• Coordinate with e-discovery vendors for data collection, processing, hosting, and production
• Review and analyze large volumes of ESI
• Develop and implement document review workflows and QC procedures
• Prepare and review discovery requests, responses, privilege logs, and productions
• Conduct privilege, responsiveness, and confidentiality reviews
• Organize and manage complex discovery involving multiple parties and large document sets
• Collaborate with litigation teams to meet discovery deadlines
