Job summary

Fullmer Consulting is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a four-person closers team and drive revenue in a remote environment with a future in-office preference in San Antonio, TX.

You will personally close high-ticket deals, build scalable processes, KPI dashboards, and scripts, and coach reps to sustain high performance as the company scales; relocation may be required in 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing high-ticket sales teams.
• Proven close of $20K+ offers by phone.
• Experience coaching, consulting, online education, or information products.
• Experience managing teams that sell at multiple price points.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly performance of a team of 4 closers.
• Personally close inbound high-ticket leads ($40K coaching) as the team grows.
• Build KPI dashboards, rep scorecards, and accountability processes inside Go High Level (GHL).
• Create or refine scripts, objection handles, and follow-up sequences across both high-ticket and mid-ticket products.
• Identify gaps in the current structure and recommend solutions.
• Bridge sales and marketing with structured feedback on lead quality, ad performance, and webinar friction.
