Job summary

AYS Group is seeking top-tier insurance sales professionals who are self-motivated and results-driven. This role is virtual, conducted via telephone or Zoom with high-ticket IUL, IBC and FIA products from multiple carriers. You will use provided leads and a proven training system, with strong starting contracts in place.

Ideal candidates communicate well, follow the system, and are comfortable selling high-premium policies. Lead spend and premium opportunities range widely across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be competent, articulate, and able to communicate effectively.
• Must be self-driven and able to work without hand-holding, following a proven system.
• Willingness to sell high-premium policies (average client premium > $250/month).

Responsibilities

• Sell high-ticket insurance products via virtual meetings (telephone/Zoom).
• Manage and convert leads from multiple vendors.
• Build and maintain client relationships to maximize premium write-ins.
