Job summary

HighKey Enterprises is seeking a results-driven closer to handle two streams: agency retainer sales and high-ticket patient acquisition. You will close inbound leads for average client $6,500/mo on 52-week contracts, earning a tiered commission from 10% (months 1–3), 7.5% (months 4–6), and 5% (months 7–12).

You also close patient packages averaging $20,000 with a ~$1,000 per-close commission. Bonus: if you source a deal, you earn a 5% month-1 bonus with proof of origin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years sales experience with high-ticket closing.
• 2+ years of sales training and coaching experience preferred.
• Background in medical aesthetics, wellness, or health services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close inbound leads for two streams (retainer and patient acquisition).
• Maintain six booked demos per business day and post-call reporting.
• Update GHL pipeline every two weeks and follow up on committed leads.
