Base pay starts at $36,000 with uncapped commission and a strong OTE ($100K–$150K on average; top earners $200K+). A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for top performers.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $5K+ offers.
• Strong record in one-call or short sales cycles.
• Experience selling via Zoom/virtual environments.
• Comfortable selling to business owners/decision-makers.
• Consistent quota attainment and performance mindset.
