Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks a High School Special Education Teacher to deliver online instruction in a Virginia Virtual Academy setting. You will monitor student progress, differentiate instruction, and partner with families to support individualized student goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Virginia teaching license; background check required.
• Experience with online learning platforms and LMS preferred.
• Ability to monitor student progress and adapt instruction to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rich online instruction to high school students.
• Monitor and record student progress in LMS; communicate with families/learning coaches.
• Collaborate with school staff to meet student goals and testing requirements.
• Travel for face-to-face PDs and testing approximately 20% of the year.
